WINSTON-SALEM, NC - The Belmont Abbey Women's Indoor Track & Field team competed at the UNCG Duals in Winston-Salem.  In the dual structure of the meet, each team's score was compared to the scores of every other school in its Division.  Here is how Belmont Abbey fared:

Head Coach Nick Radkewich made the following comments: "It was another top finish by Liz Thierfelder in the 400 meters.  Annie Hetzel set a new personal record in the 3000 meters at 11:36.87.  Julia Otranto also followed up her personal record in the 800 meters last weekend with a new personal best in the mile, earning her eighth in the conference and top for the Abbey.  The women won over half their dual meets, and enjoyed competing against all the other Division 2 teams in the region.

Belmont Abbey will next compete at the Conference Carolinas Championships.
